Electronic Judicial Referencing System for Income Tax Case Laws
Launched in October 2010 with UK DFID funding, the five-year TACTS project aimed to strengthen Bangladesh's National Board of Revenue by boosting revenue mobilization, expanding the tax base, and improving transparency. A key output of this initiative was an electronic judicial referencing system designed to streamline access to case law under the Income Tax Ordinance, 1984. By modernizing access to tax-related legal precedents, the system supported more informed, consistent, and efficient decision-making across the tax administration.

AssetTaskPro – Enterprise IT Asset & Task Management Platform
Architected and implemented AssetTaskPro in 2026, a web-based enterprise application that centralizes IT Asset Lifecycle Management and task tracking across 20 organizational entities. Led the end-to-end engineering lifecycle—including architecture, database design, web development, and workflow automation—to replace manual tracking with automated email alerts and scheduled processes. Streamlined operational visibility, accountability, and process digitization, establishing a scalable foundation for broader organizational digital transformation.

Nuestra CDC — Asset & Portfolio Management Platform
Nuestra CDC is one of Boston’s oldest and most successful community development organizations, having built nearly 800 affordable rental homes, facilitated 200 homeownership opportunities, and trained over 2,000 community members through its Nuestra Home Center. In addition to developing community assets, Nuestra specializes in third-party Asset Management, overseeing complex real estate portfolios for partner organizations.
