Architected and implemented AssetTaskPro in 2026, a web-based enterprise application that centralizes IT Asset Lifecycle Management and task tracking across 20 organizational entities. Led the end-to-end engineering lifecycle—including architecture, database design, web development, and workflow automation—to replace manual tracking with automated email alerts and scheduled processes. Streamlined operational visibility, accountability, and process digitization, establishing a scalable foundation for broader organizational digital transformation.

Context and challenge
"Designed, architected, developed, and implemented AssetTaskPro, a web-based Enterprise Application in 2026 to centralize and digitize IT asset and task management processes across the organization.
The platform provides end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle Management, covering asset registration, assignment, tracking, maintenance, transfer, and retirement. It also delivers comprehensive Task Management, enabling users to create, assign, prioritize, schedule, monitor, and complete operational tasks with deadlines and follow-up activities.
I engineered Workflow Automation and Process Automation capabilities to streamline asset and task workflows, improve accountability, and reduce dependency on manual tracking. An automated Notification and Reminder System provides timely email alerts to responsible personnel and stakeholders.
My responsibilities covered the complete software engineering lifecycle, including business process analysis, requirements gathering, System Architecture, Database Design, Web Application Development, workflow engineering, testing, deployment, user adoption, and continuous optimization.
The solution was successfully implemented and deployed across 20 organizational entities/business units, providing centralized visibility into IT assets, tasks, ownership, responsibilities, status, and activities while supporting broader organizational Digital Transformation initiatives.
