Strong technology outcomes depend on strong people and well-managed partners. I build and lead multidisciplinary IT teams, having developed and retained a 14-member team spanning development, infrastructure, and support. My focus is on clear roles, continuous skill development, and modern delivery practices such as Agile and DevOps.

I also manage vendor relationships end to end, from evaluation and contract negotiation to performance monitoring and SLA management, ensuring every partnership delivers measurable value and supports the organization’s strategic goals.
