I collaborated directly with SSF stakeholders in Bangladesh to design and develop a secure, centralized resource planning, scheduling, and monitoring system tailored for high-security operations. By translating complex operational workflows into a reliable digital solution, I engineered capabilities that improved visibility into resource assignments, strengthened access controls, and streamlined scheduling.

Context and challenge
The Special Security Force (SSF) of Bangladesh provides physical security for the President, the Head of Government, and other individuals the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh designates as VIPs. SSF coordinates with civil administration, security, and intelligence agencies to prevent and respond to potential threats, both domestically and internationally. Its responsibilities also include ensuring the security of VIP offices and residences.
Key contributions included:
- Client Collaboration: Worked directly with stakeholders to understand operational workflows, business requirements, and security-related needs.
- System Development: Designed and developed a centralized resource planning and scheduling system to support operational coordination and resource allocation.
- Monitoring & Visibility: Implemented monitoring capabilities to improve visibility into resource assignments, schedules, and operational activities.
- Security-Focused Design: Emphasized secure access, controlled information handling, and reliable system operations appropriate to a sensitive operational environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Helped streamline planning, scheduling, and monitoring processes through a structured digital solution.

I worked closely with the SSF client team to understand operational requirements and translate them into a secure, reliable, and efficient software solution for resource planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
